GARDE. Is an independent design company that has specialized in designing unique solutions for the hospitality world. We work within the fields of architecture, interior design, furniture and product design, client consultancy, project- and construction management and curating. We have extensive experience with both small and large projects, and we are very used to working in all stages from the initial idea phase right through to the construction and handover to the client. For over 15 years we have developed our expertise in every field and phase, which we see as a unique combination to solve projects within the hospitality world.

Anna Fernsten Nilén     Chief of staff  Anna’s experience includes various international focused positions. From heading special projects for Scandinavian brands like HAY and COS that included rolling out new flagship stores, pop-ups to operations specialist for Inter IKEA Systems. This included plenty of foresight work, developing strategic frameworks and leading both internal & customer-facing innovation projects. She manages all administrative and human resource related areas at GARDE.

Anna’s experience includes various international focused positions. Konstantinos (Kostas) Fetsis     Architect / Project Manager  Born in Athens in 1992, Kostas is an architect and spatial designer, with a keen eye for detail.  Having graduated from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, he is passionate to explore spatial experiences through a multidisciplinary and cross-collaborative work.  He has previously worked in London at Jamie Fobert architects for 16C Fondaco Dei Tedeschi restoration in Venice and Kengo Kuma architects for the completion of KADK’s pavilion in Japan.

Konstantinos (Kostas) Fetsis

Architect / Project Manager

Born in Athens in 1992, Kostas is an architect and spatial designer, with a keen eye for detail.

Having graduated from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, he is passionate to explore spatial experiences through a multidisciplinary and cross-collaborative work.

He has previously worked in London at Jamie Fobert architects for 16C Fondaco Dei Tedeschi restoration in Venice and Kengo Kuma architects for the completion of KADK’s pavilion in Japan.

Lluis Riera     Architect / Project Manager  Educated in Barcelona and with experience in private housing in Mallorca, Lluis is defined for his care to the 1:1 detail and following 3 principles: respect for the site, the logic and ecology of construction, and the engagement of the architectonic piece into the context. As he describes: "Architecture must be silent and sensitive, functional and in the meantime it should have a notion of beauty and poetry that escapes human rational understanding."

Educated in Barcelona and with experience in private housing in Mallorca, Lluis is defined for his care to the 1:1 detail and following 3 principles: respect for the site, the logic and ecology of construction, and the engagement of the architectonic piece into the context. Chanaprorn Mahayosanun     Architectural Student  Chana graduated from architecture school in Thailand and practiced in Asia, Mostly in Thailand, Japan and Taiwan.  She is currently pursuing a Master in Spatial Design at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts with her interest in exhibition design and Environmental Psychology.  She has experience in renovated accommodation, townhouses and designed residential and stores.

Chanaprorn Mahayosanun

Architectural Student

Chana graduated from architecture school in Thailand and practiced in Asia, Mostly in Thailand, Japan and Taiwan.

She is currently pursuing a Master in Spatial Design at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts with her interest in exhibition design and Environmental Psychology.

She has experience in renovated accommodation, townhouses and designed residential and stores.
